We were having flushing issues with our downstairs toilet. I knew it would require professional intervention, so I called Mr. Rooter. It was my first time with this company, and they didn't disappoint. Daniel was great! He took his time to check everything, including using a camera to clear the line. It took a while, but it made a great improvement.

This is my first time needing a plumber, and Mr. Rooter was recommended by many people, I'm glad I went with them! The customer service was awesome, and they were very communicative. I want to give a special shoutout to our technician, Tim W. He did an awesome job and explained everything that he was doing. He even cleaned out my tub drain without asking him to! He went above and beyond what he was asked to do and even taught me how to prevent my issues from happening again. I 100% recommend Mr. Rooter.

Scott Smith, a service technician with Mr. Rooter, was awesome and very knowledgeable. We needed a shut-off valve for our refrigerator repaired; it had seized. He came in, went to work right away, explained everything in great detail, and got the work done in a timely manner. Scott was super friendly and great with customer service. Thank you, Scott.

Mr. Rooter to the rescue! Just bought a home and unfortunately needed my kitchen sink drain unplugged and some crazy past DIY piping underneath the sink fixed. Tavis Tidmarsh and Scott Smith are excellent service technicians who hydro-scrubbed our kitchen pipes and installed new piping the proper way. Purchasing and moving is hard enough as it is, and Mr. Rooter was able to provide same-day service, which was extremely appreciated as we were just trying to settle in. Tavis and Scott were very informative and clear about the services, and they surely went above and beyond to quickly get us back up and running again. Thank you very much.
